As soon as your shopping cart (excluding shipping costs) exceeds € 75, the system automatically removes the delivery costs, so you don't have to worry about discount codes yourself. For France and Luxembourg, all orders from € 100 are delivered free of charge.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER (TRACK & TRACE)
When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us containing the shipping information and a link to, for example, the Track & Trace page of PostNL. Via this link you can view the current delivery status of your order at any time and see which part of the day your package is being offered.
NOTE: It is possible that you will receive a notification that no shipments have been found. This report can be caused because the Track & Trace number has not yet been processed by the carrier. In that case, you can request the status of the order the next working day.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If you are offered a package that is seriously damaged or has already been opened, we advise you not to accept this package. If you do this, all warranty and insurance will lapse. This can sometimes have serious consequences. Therefore, refuse the package, let the courier take it again and contact us immediately.
